"The room was huge. It is an older room so the floors creak, which I did hear my neighbors walking around. There was a bar and restaurant downstairs which I decided not to eat at. Looked like it wasn’t very busy, so I drove into fort William which was about 15 minutes away and had more options for food. You have to check in at the castle down the road, staff was friendly. Bathroom had some gunk on the sink when I came in. It wiped right up. Overall great place and would stay again. "

"Hübsches selfcatering Hotel. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Möglichkeit Tee und Kaffee zu machen. Wir kamen am Tag nach Sturm Amy und hatten keinen Strom im Zimmer. Wir hätten das Hotel wechseln können, wollten wir aber nicht. Wir wurden gut ausgerüstet mit Kerzen und Taschenlampen und verbrachten eine gute Nacht. Wir bekamen das Zimmer günstiger. Alles sehr nett und fair "

"I had a lovely stay over the weekend. The room was spotlessly clean and lived up to the description. It was a nice touch to havecthe muffins in the fridge. It wasnt easy to get the key from the safe box. It was very fiddly but overall i enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel is very beautiful, intimate, clean and welcoming. Although the light went out in the Hijglands, they informed us and treated us kindly. That the hotel is small and with few rooms makes it very charming. "

"Although this property is small, the people running it are big hearted. We were driving from Isle of Skye on a very stormy day when we received message from Mark and Louisa to inform us that we could checkin earlier as they did not want us to be waiting in the storm until checkin time. We were quite touched by the gesture. The free parking was very convenient. The room was clean and well decorated. The toilet + shower were modern and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with homemade everything....

"Beautiful B&B with lovely gardens when the weather cooperates. Comfortable duvet quilt with a stunning view of the hills and loch. Gail was very professional and friendly with a sumptuous Scottish breakfast this morning. Hope to return someday."
