Quarto amplo e cama boa.. Localizacao boa, porém o isolamento acustico é ruim ( na frente do hotel tem quiosques com musica ao vivo, fiquei no 17° andar e podia ouvir tudo). Cafe da manhã repetitivo e com poucas opões. Cobram taxa para emprestar pratos e talheres aos hóspedes. De uma maneira geral tem bom custo beneficio mas nao ficaria novamente.

O hotel é bem localizado, com quarto e banheiros amplos. No entanto, há tantas falhas no serviço que nem parece um hotel da rede Bourbon. Cortinas dos quartos são tão curtas que o quarto fica todo iluminado. Elevadores mal dimensionados e lentos, normalmente se esperando muito por eles. Café da manhã uma zona de guerra: espaço pequeno, reposição e serviços muito ruins; p.ex., difícil até conseguir talher. Oferecem estacionamento, mas é tão cheio que quase nunca se consegue estacionar.
