bem localizado, muito educados e flexiveis, porem as camas poderiam ser mais confortaveis, deveria ter uma televisao melhor para quem passa mais dias o qual fiquei era de tubo ainda alem de pequena um microondas deveria ser algo indispensavel, mas custo beneficio muito bom.

Ambiente familiar. Recpeção sempre disposta a atender as necessidades do cliente. Café da manhã feito com um ernome carinho e muito saboroso. Localização bem proxima dos melhores pontos turiiticos da região. Em resumo foi uma estadia sem maravilhosa que eu minha familia recomendamos.

O Residencial La Perla fornece os serviços por um preço justo. O local é muito tranquilo e fica a cerca de 1.5 km da feira de artesanato principal.

Hotel muito bom e de excelente custo/benefício

O hotel é muito bem localizado, num bairro nobre entre Iracema e Mucuripe, os funcionários foram muito corteses e prestativos. O custo/benefício é ótimo, o quarto é amplo como se espera de um apart e muito bem equipado, embora os aparelhos e o próprio quarto já mostrem a necessidade de uma atualização/manutenção. No mais, a estada foi excelente e proveitosa.

Bom custo benefício.

Pontos positivos: Bom custo benefício, simpátia do dono Maurício, sempre presente e desejando dar o melhor aos hóspedes, ar condicionado muito bom. Pontos negativos: não tem tv no quarto, estacionamento com 6 vagas apenas, arrumação e limpeza deixa a desejar, café da manhã pouca variedade, roupa de cama e toalhas só se troca de 3 em 3 dias, a localização apesar de ser próxima a orla de Meireles, conta com uma comunidade ao redor do hotel ( é meio estranho o lugar), não arriscamos sair a noite a não ser de Uber.

Um bom custo benefício!

A localização do La Perla é ótima. Fica a poucas quadras da Beira Mar e da feirinha de artesanato. O apartamento tem um bom tamanho, com os utensílios necessários para esse tipo de acomodação. O pessoal da recepção e camareiras são bastante prestativos e atenciosos. Achamos as roupas de cama e banho um pouco envelhecidas, porém estavam limpas. O apartamento tem poucas tomadas. Éramos um grupo de 4 pessoas e, para utilizar o notebook e carregar os celulares, não tinha tomadas suficientes. Mas isso é contornável. A tv a cabo tem uma boa quantidade de canais. o wi-fi funcionou muito bem.O café da manhã era bom.

Gostei mt do hotel/flat. Bem próximo da praia, no melhor bairro de Fortaleza. ... Amo o Meireles! Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã bom, td limpo e só achei a cama um pouco desconfortável, mas tenho problemas na coluna, talvez seja por isso. Amei td!
