"はじめてポーランド、クラクフにいきました。四つ星ということで探したのがこのホテルでした。部屋も清潔で、ひろくて、スタッフも親切で、朝食もうまかったです。一点だけ、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えなかったです。故障ですかね？しかし、それ以外は、ほんとうにすばらしいホテルでした。クラクフにまた必ず行くので、そのときも、このホテルに泊まりたいです。そのときもどうぞよろしくお願いします。"
