"The hotel is solid but didn’t meet our expectations. Upon trying to check in past 4pm the room wasn’t ready for one of our travelling parties (check out is 10am), the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly (for any of our travelling parties) and the rooms have no fridge to keep things cold (this is Scottsdale, it’s hot). The pool area is very nice and the room decor is well done."
