"Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. "Great location. Inviting exterior. Friendly welcome. Compact but comfortable room with everything you could need, including a good fan, hairdryer and iron. Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order and served with a smile. Absolutely could not fault anything about our stay and would definitely recommend "
