"They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid."

"Best part of stay has been the staff. They have all been extremely helpful and super nice! Can't say enough about them. Breakfast is quite tasty and the staff there is great also. Rooms are nice and clean. Would like to take the bed home with me! Bottom line - I have already extended my stay here once and may well extend it again if they have a vacancy. You can't go wrong here!"

"The property is nice and the rooftop bar is awesome. The reasons for the 3-star rating were as follows: 1) The thermostat in the room didn't work until (at 2:15 am) I turned it off and back on again. I had set the thermostat to 68 degrees on the 'cool' setting when we went to bed as it was 73 degrees in the room. I woke up drenched in sweat as it had gone up to 76 degrees. Once I turned it off and back on again, it started to cool down. 2) the valet process is not user friendly. You have to download an app to 'call' to get your car. 3) (this was an anomaly) - the rooftop bar was closed until 6:00 pm for a private party."
