"The staff asked if it was ok to place me in a second floor room with no elevator. When I said no, I have a disability, they said they couldn’t change me to a first floor room. When I got to the room the floor was dirty. There were food crumbs on the couch and pieces under it. It was loud. The rooms around us were rented to a youth team and their staff did not monitor this wing of the hotel or enforce quiet hours. Young children were running between rooms yelling, screaming and slamming doors. The rooms are not sound proof. Also, the hot tub advertised is no longer in use. It was all around unpleasant. "

"We had an OK stay as a family of 4 in a suite - we were in town for baseball. Our door was open / unlocked all the time unless we locked it from inside with the deadbolt. Our sink drain was slow. The pullout sofa was terribly uncomfortable and loud / plastic-y sounding with every movement. The A/C didn't stay on or respond to the wall unit... turned off after a short while and turned back on if you touched any button on the wall. This was disruptive and hot at night. When reported the above to the front desk, they promptly reprogrammed our door key and resolved that issue. They indicated the A/Cs are old and some rooms only work when a key is inserted in the wall... ours was. There was no solution suggested, but they did provide a box fan for us. They let us stay in the pool a bit later than advertised hours, which was nice. Overall decently clean - not exceptional."
