"The front desk woman looked very unprofessional and was overwhelmed with taking a personal call and letting the guests trying to check in just wait. She wasn’t rude but looked old and not very computer savvy.when I left, I dropped the 2 key cards off and the front desk woman couldn’t even look up to say a word. Just a weird vibe. Old building and kinda broken down."

"This is a newer property. Its a joint Residence Inn and Courtyard. Our room was immaculately clean and had a great layout. There was free underground parking attached to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of selection. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is the flashing smoke detector right over the bed is distracting for insomniacs like me. Overall though I highly recommended this hotel!"

"We arrived in the evening, three hours after the hotel said we could check in. Most awkward check in ever. Took forever as the desk person couldn't figure out our rooms. When we got to our rooms they were occupied by cleaning staff who were just sitting in the room talking, not cleaning or doing anything. We had to wait for them to leave to use the room. The lamps did not work until we moved them to different outlets. There was also a thick layer of dust on the headboard of our bed. Breakfast...

"The shower head was tilted almost straight up, with water falling against the far wall, so it coud not touch my body. It was so high that i coud not reach it, to change the tilt. The bed(s) were so close to the wall with the thermostat -- about 8 or 9 inches, and near the pillows of the closest bed. VERY hard to walk to it so I could adjust the temperature of the room!!! I had asked for a room that did NOT face I-94, but ALL the rooms on that side of hotel were taken. Traffic noise was...

"My complaint would have to be the cleanliness of the room. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned from the previous guest who had stayed there, and bed sheets and towels had black mascara make up stains. Overall, the cleanliness was not great. Staff were fantastic!"

"This hotel was so scented it hit you as soon as you entered the lobby. We checked the room and it was also so scented we could not stay. If are even the slightest scent allergic avoid this hotel!"
