"Ice protesters made it a terrible night"

"They did not clean our room and we stayed two nights. There was no room service. The restaurant was booked and we as paying customers could not get a table. "

"Booked a last minute room here after getting a refund at the property I was supposed to stay at. What a difference! Manager at the front desk was super helpful as I needed and ADA room on first floor. Bottled water upon arrival. Breakfast was also good. Room was very clean and up to date and bed was very comfortable. Right off the freeway. Will return to stay again!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon pulling into the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake...went to check in and got the keys. Opened the door and there was no TV. Went back to the front desk and asked to be moved to a room with a TV...then walked into the second room and there was 1 double bed...I paid for two beds in the room. Went back down to the front desk and got moved for a third time...got to the third room to find it utterly disgusting and filthy. The linens and carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. AVOID THIS motel at all costs. Got my money back and found a nicer place for a few bucks more down the street. "

"The breakfst was ok, could have had waffles or pancakes but the food was fresh and plentiful. I've stayed here several times and it's clean and i know it'll be clean next time."

"The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. The toilet decided when it wanted to flush and the friggin remote to the TV, I wanted to throw it out the window. Luckily, the Hilton app has TV functions, so I just used my phone to control the TV. There is not a lot around this hotel as far as shopping or restaurants. There are some, but not many and the only one on the property is pretty sparce. It looks like the area around the hotel was once very vibrant but not anymore. On that note, room service was quick! And the food was wonderful so I just ate in my room all three nights. No complaints and tried something different each night."
