Was there a vineyard view? I missed that! No reception, just a note on an always open door to call somebody. I probably did not react well as the last time this happened (also in Germany) it was a disaster! Parking is around the back, but you have to go 1-200 mtrs up the road the get to the turning - and they guy on the phone seemed to have no idea how to assist. Got my key from the key safe on the wall, parked and made my way to the room. To be fair, the room was OK, but the TV had no remote, so no watching German TV for me. Also, my computer would not access the Wifi, I tried multiple times, every variation I could think of, but no.... So I called the number again - there was nobody on site - they could get somebody over in about an hour - that would have been around 11PM....... I suggested (no I said bluntly) that this was quite poor, and then to top off the experience, the voice on the phone decides to f-bomb the conversation. For myself, it was not the best hotel ever, not the best experience, but I have had worse. All the other things aside, and despite that the town seemed quite quiet, the front door was always open, and anybody could access the hotel and walk up to your room door, so I would give it 1 out of 10 for security. The voice did say they are refurbishing, and the local council will not allow them to close, do the work and reopen.... So those are my observations, aside from that, the place is great!

Ich hatte für 2 Nächte ein Einzelzimmer, gereist bin ich mit 2 Hunden. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, Bett war sehr bequem. Der Fernseher war ausschließlich VOX eingestellt, andere Sender waren nicht möglich. Ich hatte einen Mitarbeiter angesprochen, auch er wußte nicht weiter. Ich hätte den Chef ansprechen gekonnt, aber so wichtig war mir Fernsehen nicht. Wlan war super Verbindung, so hab ich am Tablet geschaut. Gemeinschaftsküche hab ich einen Blick reingeworfen und für mich festgestellt, das ich froh bin "kalte Nahrung" mitgenommen zu haben, die nicht erwärmt werden muß. Der große Kühlschrank im Aufenthaltsraum ist ok. Wer früh morgens an den Kühlschrank/Küche möchte, vielleicht rechtzeitig abklären; über Nacht ist die Küche abgeschlossen. Wenn es mich mal wieder in die Gegend verschlägt, würde ich dort übernachten. Die Umgebung ist einfach ruhig um gemütliche Spaziergänge und Ausflüge zu machen.

Zimmer war soweit Sauber, Licht im Zimmer konnte man nicht anmachen. Badezimmer ist ok, es waren Saubere Handtücher und auch Duschgel vorhanden. Am Montag morgen vor meiner Abreise ging die WC Spülung nicht, habe improvisiert und auf ein Leeres Zimmer gegangen. Küche war geschlossen somit konnte man sich auch nicht selbst verpflegen. Das WLAN ist Hyperschnell mit 0,35 Mbits *Ironie* Selbst normale Internetseiten laden ewig. TV war glaube ein 15 jahre altes Gerät. Alles im allen wenn man was für eine Nacht ist es ok aber für mehr ist es nicht zu empfehlen.
