酒店位于美丽的美因河畔，风光秀美，服务很热情，早餐很丰盛。可能酒店比较悠久，房间家具设施稍显陈旧，但或许也是一些人喜欢的偏怀旧风格吧。

The front desk staffs are not professional at all. They can hardly find the record even we have confirmed the reservation before arrival. It takes us around half hour for checking in. It is not what we expected for international five stars hotel service. The staff even left the cleaning towel at my room after tidying up the room.

I like everything!! Friendly, responsive staff, outstanding customer service, facilities were decorated for Christmas excellently. Rooms and view of water were excellent. I highly recommend the Hotel InterContinental when staying in Frankfurt.

初めての個人手配でのヨーロッパ。 朝早くに着いて荷物預かりも受けて下さった。 チェックインの時にパスポートから誕生日に気付いてくださり、上層階にしておきました、と言われて部屋に入ると街側だったのでまあまあと思っていたら年が変わる瞬間の花火が見えるほうと言う最高のサプライズをいただきました。

Panorama room with Iron bridge view

The hotel was a bit old but comfortable. The view for New year eve is very good unless u stay in panorama suite with river view. The minus point are when we book panorama suite but they gave us family suite like 2 connecting room. So we refused to take this room and ask to give back what we booked. At last they changed back the panorama suite to us. We stay this room was because for new year eve firework view.

great but bathroom small

This is a great hotel and I have stayed here before. My only concern is that the bathroom is tiny and the door opens in, so if you are large or have any impairment of movement, it can be difficult.

朝早いツアーにも参加しやすい

受付の方がとてもフレンドリーでした。シャンプーやコンディショナー、ローション、バスローブにスリッパまで完備されていました。清潔感もありますし、リバーサイドのお部屋で夜の眺めもとても綺麗でした。駅からもキャリーを引いて10分程ですし、クリスマスマーケットまでもあるいて15分ほどですが、夜の景色を眺めながらだとあまり長くは感じませんでした。受付の方が丁寧に街の見どころを教えてくださいました。

翌日の移動を考えてフランクフルト中央駅の近くにホテルをと考えて予約しました。空港から20分程度で移動は楽でした。 ただ、クリスマスマーケットまでは距離がありもう少し近くでも良かったかなと思いました。あと、近くにレストランがみつかりませんでした。
