The property looks great from the outside and location is amazing as its right in the Hub of centre. I had an issue with room next door where they were playing music till 3am and didn't sleep much, called reception about 3 times and 4th time someone answered but nothing was done as the music was still being heard. Its a shame otherwise would have been a good stay

The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating for requests. The superior room despite being clean and well maintained, is not as spacious as photos make it out to be. Also the streets around the hotel is not the most welcoming so keep in mind if walking with luggage. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as the views are terrific and the location is extremely central.

The hotel is close to the train station - which sounds good but actually the area is not so nice. But it is 12-15 minutes also away from the river which is actually nice!

We selected the 19th floor, which gave us a great view, especially with the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, but the room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The staff was meh... not rude, but not super friendly/helpful either. The location isn't great. We were hoping to find a restaurant to walk to, but the area around the hotel seems a little sketchy, so we opted to just eat at the food court at the mall around the corner. The bar doesn't have much in the way of food, and the outdoor patio area was closed for a private event the day we came. It is also a long taxi ride from the airport. It was a beautiful view, but I don't think I would stay here again if I were to travel through Frankfurt again.
