The neighboring properties are disorganized and lacking attention that one would expect when renting an air B and B. "Where do I start? - paint peeling off the walls, water stains on the ceilings (wish I could share pictures, it was bad) - the dishwasher was not even fastened in which made the door very hard to open. The whole unit rocked back and forth. - the washing machine did not work. Spin cycle did not work so we had to deal with soaking wet clothes. - the deck furniture was extremely wobbly, nobody would sit on the chairs. - the very small couch was extremely uncomfortable and needs to go in the trash....
