"Our room was cleaned daily. Rooms are very basic and the television didn’t work. When asked the staff said there’s a lot of them that don’t work and they don’t know why. The lifts for the lower levels (2-20) are HORRENDOUS! The systems kept getting overridden and usually only 1 lift worked with queues ..."

"Excellent location for a visit to NYC - TimesSquare! Staff were helpful and friendly, security was great! My only complaint was in our room there was not sufficient lighting nor mirrors for getting ready to go out."
