"The maid never came to the room. I was gone for hours and had the “maid service” tag on the door. I came back to find we were not serviced. I asked the clerk for service and was told the maid was gone. This was 4pm on a Saturday. Also, this facility does not have an elevator. Should be disclosed before booking!"

"When we got there the front office lady was rude not welcoming at all it looked like she hated being there. And the next morning at check out we got the same staff member and I would have thought maybe in the morning time she would have been in a better mood and nope she still had an attitude. Everything would had gone better but she definitely ruined that for me wish they would hire better employees that actually liked their job."
