"The mattress on the bed I slept on needs to be replaced please. It provided me with very little back support. I kept waking up during the night as I was uncomfortable. Also when booking it needs to be made clear when the booked room involves a significant “climb" to get to the floor it is on. "The hostel is cosy and social. It’s not a party hostel, but people do socialise in the kitchen. The beds are the drawback here - they are rickety and every time someone moves in their bed, you can hear the springs. Also my bed moved every time the guy in the top bunk rolled around. I’m 193cm and couldn’t stretch out in the bed. Difficult to sleep. If you value your sleep, find another place. "

"Tran, Chloe and the gentleman who greeted us on the 1st night were very friendly, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Top marks. The accommodation is dated, and could do with the shower being fixed in Room 418 (it leaked onto the floor), but it was spacious and had everything we needed."

"This was the perfect location and the rooms were clean, it was super close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The train was a 2 minute walk away which made it super easy to get to other places. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! "
