"Siamo stati in vacanza io e mio figlio e abbiamo apprezzato tutto di questa struttura: la cordialità dello staff, la pulizia, la bellezza della camera, la temperatura fresca senza la necessità di tenere l'aria condizionata costantemente accesa in piena estate... "Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...
"The property and room was great and organisation of the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was good. Matteo was a great host, very knowledgeable and friendly.
There was a lot of noise from street level which made it difficult to sleep - perhaps better soundproofing would be good. "

This is more like bed and breakfast as its family owned, and the apartment has belonged to one family for over 200 yrs.
