L'HOTEL EST FERMÉ!!!!!!!! FERMÉ!!!!! Porte barrée, pas de voitures à nulle part, pas de réception, personne qui répond le téléphone....FERMÉ!!!!!!! Ça a pris 3h à Hotel.com à me relocaliser....sérieux, si l'hotel est fermé, pourquoi ma réservation a été acceptée et pourquoi mon paiement a été pris sur ma carte de crédit.

Little goes a long way

A great place for the price. You could tell they have been closed for a while. Just small things not done. Lose toliet seat. Thing that if they were noticed before accepting guest would have been amazing. Staff were amazing though

This is our third time at the city motel, the king bedroom has the most comfortable mattress ever! The place has a really nice atmosphere, the breakfast is great, the staff are super friendly and go way beyond to help you.

My husband and I were travelling through Fredericton and visiting with family. We chose this hotel after reading previous reviews. How this hotel got a 3.9 review rating is beyond me. My first clue shouldve been when they said go downstairs. Half ways down the stairs I could smell the musty floor but figured i could put up with that for a night or two. Upon getting in our room we found dirty clothes on the chair. Again, giving them the benefit of doubt, we thought thats an easy mistake. It was late, we went to bed. We pulled the blankets back to check the sheets, all looked good. The smell in the room was no better than the hallway btw. There were dehumidifiers plugged in the whole length of the hallway. In addition, we were told no smoking allowed but it reeked of cigarette smoke and the entrance to the basement was covered in butts. Obviously this isnt enforced. Again, we figured we could put up with that for the night. Once we woke up and went to grab a shower, there were, what looked to be pubic hairs all over the shower. Wasnt about to jump in there. My husband went up to the front desk to get another room. While he was gone, I pulled the blankets back to get up and found what looked to be blood smears on the inside of the duvet cover. Right by my face! Needless to say, we left. God knows what it was, and God knows what kind of diseases you can catch! TOTALLY DISGUSTED! They refunded us....but only after a fight! The manager was supposed to reach out to us but never!

I have stayed at this property several times in the past and always have had an enjoyable stay - prices good - clean room - friendly staff - and now a very good breakfast includes - breakfast now is a big improvement from just the basics. much appreciated -
