Flamingo Bay Hotel & Marina at Taino Beach

"The Room Attendant and Houseman that serviced my room 312 were exceptional, he helped me take my luggage to the room. The only thing that was disappointing was there is no elevator in the hotel, and it has 3 or 4 floors of stairs. I didn't see any food and beverage. It was well kept and I felt safe in the environment. Will definitely visit again!"

"Air was cold, room was clean, food was great, beer was cold. Only issue was room arrtn very sound proof from the out side noise. The hotel next door had a band that played till 11 pm. Me being a travel for work didn't appreciate it, but band was decent."

My husband was upset about this, but the staff handled it well and kindly offered the steaks at no extra charge. Desserts were not very good, and the drinks were just okay. There were no regular shows or entertainment during our stay, but they did host a karaoke night—the DJ was very funny and created a fun, upbeat atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The staff also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations and, once completed, will feature shows, a casino, and a water park. A special thank you to Bernard, who went out of his way to take care of my youngest child by always helping us order chicken tenders, which were not available at the buffet. His kindness and attention truly stood out. We also really enjoyed visiting the Port Lucaya Marketplace, which was just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel even offered us complimentary golf cart rides to get there, which was a nice touch. The marketplace felt like a charming, colorful little town fil"
