"Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. "

"I stayed 2 nights while a family member was having a procedure at the local hospital. The location was good for my needs. The only deficiency was my room was not cleaned or prepped after my first night. Trash was not removed and bed was not made. After a long and stressful day it would have been nice to come back to a tidy room."

"Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!"

"The hotel smelled like fabuloso, as if it’s pure fabuloso. If you stayed in the main area long enough it would cause a headache. The elevator smelled like marijuana and there was drywall crumbs or something all over the floor. The elevator felt like it was going to break. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. Busted outlet covers. Holes in the wall. Dirt on the bathroom walls. The front desk staff were very polite. Picked this property thinking it would be better than red roof… but I...

"Checked in for a night after driving for 8 hours. But ac wasn't working for whatever thermostat settings. Thermostat display was too bright dazzling disturbing to eyes. So I had to keep one light on the whole night. Morning even worse. A dirty shower mat/towel was on the shower floor. I didn't see that in the night since it was behind the shower curtain. The shower handle wont stay in one position. Automatically rotated fully to the left spraying hottest water. I had to hold the handle in one...

"The hotel wasn't a great location. I was in town for my mother's funeral. This hotel is not handicap accessible. My room had a stench of a smell in it. The bathroom trash can was covered in ants, which I had to remove and place in the hallway. Rust all over the towel racks in the bathroom! I would not recommend this property to anyone!"

"This place used to be a nice and affordable. But now they rent to transients . Id walk down the halls and it smelled like a dispensary. Had a gentelman high on something run into my room. He was eventually arrested. This place used to be nice. Its affordable but rent a room at your own risk"

"A nice fresh feeling hotel one block off Main Street in Butler. We were in town for a rugby tournament and loved being able to be close, have a pool, enjoy breakfast, and have a pleasant experience. A spacious room - added a cot - for our little one and everyone was happy to have room to enjoy our stay. Thanks!"
