"Very central to the Old City which is what I wanted. I could walk everywhere, and there were excellent food and shopping possibilities nearby. My room looked out onto the street, which was lovely, but since this is bar/tourist/resto central, it was extremely noisy late into the night. If that matters to you, ask for an interior room. Also, I have stayed at several Happy Culture hotels so I am used to the tiny rooms, but this one was almost too tiny to be functional. There was not enough space...

"Leider war die Auswahl beim Frühstück nur ausreichend. Die Parkgebühr in Höhe von 20€ pro Tag ist zu hoch. Wir hatten Glück und in der Nähe einer Seitenstraße immer einen freien Parkplatz gefunden. Unser Zimmer lag im Innenbereich und war recht laut, da man die Busse der An- und abreisenden Gäste sehr stark gehört hatte. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"This was just a great find. We arrived early but the room was ready and made available to us. The hotel itself is located close to the station, the town and a nice restaurant strip. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and equipped with all amenities. A very nice breakfast was included and there is a lovely garden where we could relax and enjoy the complimentary drink provided. The staff were fantastic - extremely welcoming and helpful. Could not recommend this place more highly. "

"5 stars for their reception staff although for the most part reception was only manned by one person so during busy times there was a long wait. Housekeeping let hotel down. Day 1 no housekeeping due to illness. Had to go to reception for clean towels etc. Compensated with a free drink which was good. Day 2, we were given hand towels instead of bath towels and full bin wasn’t emptied. Day 3, no bath mat left and empty tissue box not replaced. Other than that this is a pretty good hotel....
