"My wife and I had a great stay at Staybridge Suites Newark - Fremont. This was our second time staying here, and it definitely won’t be our last. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for our trip. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with the added bonus of a full kitchen—perfect for longer stays. Every morning, we enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, which was fresh and well-stocked. We also appreciated the social hour offered Monday through Wednesday, with wine, beer, and snacks—it’s a nice touch that makes the property feel even more inviting. The only issue we encountered was a mildew smell coming from the bathroom sink. A work order was placed but unfortunately slipped through the cracks. However, the hotel immediately made it right by adding extra points to my IHG Rewards account, which I truly appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but how a hotel handles them makes all the difference—and they handled it well. Overall, this is a well-run property with great amenities and excellent customer service. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"So new, built 2023! Love the easy, free parking with permit, there were large hotel trollies for use getting luggage in and out, the room and bathroom are exquisite in terms of cleanliness and design, very calming and very spacious, I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is very nice. Room had luxury vinyl plank for hard flooring instead of the more common carpet! It also had a mini fridge and laptop safe. A gorgeous grey modern sofa that can convert into a bed. Front desk very attentive and helpful and friendly and professional. Purchasable snacks and drinks also greet you right at the front desk as if you've also arrived at a candy shoppe. Breakfast staff very active in clearing dishes from the dish return station and in replenishing the great selection of foods and drinks. I would love to return, I could get so much work accomplished here, the desk and chair are sleek. And they enable tipping online for specific staff/role via Shiny which for me is wonderful as I don't usually have cash."
