The staff were very friendly and nice!! My suite did not have any hand soap or towels. House Keeping was there in two minutes. I customer service was on point.

Good location, but that is it. Rooms are tiny, 1 person and you feel trapped in a very small envelope. It is overpriced for what they offer. But I guess that you pay for a good location close to Main St and near convention center

The room was looking patched up. Older and it looks like things were glued together. It was disappointing for the price. The staff was helpful.
