"The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking Grasmere, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend staying here."

"What kept Keswick Country House from one star is the old style charm of the hotel. The experience itself, however, was disappointing. We happened to be there during a heat wave for this part of the world. We also had a west facing room. I don't fault the hotel for not having A/C. It only needs it ..."
