Lovely staff on reception, room was clean and spacious (Family Suite - Main Building). Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund.
