"Great Stay, clean & quiet, convenient to down town & the Fryeburg Fairgrounds. Our room had a mini fridge, & microwave oven. There was complimentary soda, water, coffee & tea, plus snacks. Breakfast was also included & it was delicious! The owners were friendly, and very accommodating. "
