"They had an amazing facility. The amenities were great. The restaurant and bar is amazing but the thing that really said it all apart is the staff here is outstanding."

"We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. "

"The property itself was great. The staff was just not knowledgeable and could not help me but also could not give me the number of someone who could help me. From the experience of the girl at the front desk being rude and unhelpful we will not be back for the reason alone. Plus they also couldnt refund, give credit, or points for having to leave early due to the snow storm that was happening while we were there. If we stayed we would have had to add more nights because we would have been snowed in there but I’m sure that is what they were counting on."

"First, I did not have a working outlet in the bathroom and when I tried to use the lamp outlet it kept coming out. Second there was a dirty adult diaper in the parking lot. Lastly, I was laying in bed at 10:30 at night and the person next to me had their TV so loud I could hear what they were watching, I called the front desk they said they came up but the person didn't answer and that they tried to call them. I don't know if it was me banging on their wall because the front desk said "that is not a reason to switch rooms" or if they got in touch with them. Then at 630 in the morning they were blasting music "dancing on my own" to be exact. There was trash on my floor when I first walked in. Just not a good stay, hopefully it was a fluke but I won't be staying there again. "
