"チェックインした際に、清掃が未実施であり、前の宿泊者が使用した布団、タオル、食器、ゴミなど全てそのままの状態であった。楽しみにしていた旅行だったが非常に不快な思いをした。今後この様な事がない様に徹底していただきたい。"

"昇仙峡の疲れを石和温泉で癒やすことができました。お部屋は和風モダンテイストで、広くて清潔です。ツインですが、それぞれのベッドもとても大きくて、洗面台も2つ連なっています。加湿器やUCCドリップコーヒー、湯沸かし用のミネラルウォーターまでも用意されていて、満点です😊"
