"This is the worst stay of my life. I regret choosing this place. Only did it for location but it was the biggest mistake. The staff is horrible. They came every night nock at my door and force me to stop talking and go to sleep. Literally. The employee overnight in reception is a trans that is a stalker. Is a person that seems to be mad a the world. I even asked why so much anger on his or her approach to guests . It was not Normal nor respectful. He or she was very rude unprofessional and aggressive at times. Do not visit this place. Dirty , noise, horrible staff . No AC, to be able use the fan they will ask for a Deposit for the remote control. The fan doesn’t work without it. So if you don’t have cash you will have to sleep with the heat of the room. If you open window to refresh the noise won’t let you sleep. Terrible terrible experience. I will also write a review on google alerting people Not to Fall in this trap. First time I have such a terrible experience with Expedia. "

"Excellent location. The hotel is located just above the Chamartin Station where we can conveniently go anywhere. It is just 30min away from the international airport by train. Many choice of food for the breakfast buffet. Staff are helpful. We don't seem to find the control panel of the air conditioner, but because it was April, we left the windows open at night, it was cool enough. "

"The family suite was large but there were several items in need of attention. Broken soap dispensers, toilet seats, freezer covered in deep frost, and empty frames hanging throughout - the condition stood out compared to most hotels we stay in. I found our suite to be quiet despite it being road facing. No signs of pests but the dishes were not all clean, etc. I guess given the location and the price I’d consider staying here again if there wasn’t a better option but if price wasn’t a huge savings I’d stay elsewhere. The front desk people were very nice. "
