Have stayed name times and as usual all staff very helpful and friendly. Evening meal good value and well presented . Plentiful buffet breakfast. Easy secure underground parking. Easy access to the motorway.

Hotel was spotlessly clean very modern road noise was the only thing, but still slept okay Hence four stars recommend this hotel highly for the cost.

Had a fabulous time with friends. Close to the fortuna spas. Lovely pool.

Really friendly staff, lovely room and great meal. Ideally placed for walking and lovely to hear from families staying there who had been going for years

What a fascinating hotel for one night stay in a town that is good to visit. Grandiose hall and stair with amazing ceiling. Fabulous hotel. Rooms are old and some parts need upgrading but it adds to the charm of this cost effective stay. Nice breakfast too. Had an incredible meal at the restaurant but was rushed between starter and main and barely finished I had the bill on my table. It was May Day so they wanted to go home. But would go back. Absolutely fab place to stay…

Outstanding hotel with wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional staff. Staff goes out of their way to make your stay an amazing experience. Clean and very comfortable rooms. This is the second time we've been and will keep using it every time we go to Murcia. 10 out of 10.

Clean and convenient

Super room, in a great area. Perfect for wandering and soaking up the atmosphere of Murcia. We chose a room with a city balcony view (highly recommend) we utilised the balcony on a daily basis. Everything we required for our stay was available. Correspondence via app was great 👍 Recommend you visit 'Correos Mercado Murcia' a short walk from the hotel.
