Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. We usually rate a bathroom on the number of safety bars available. Although it seems to be a very new hotel, it could use some bars as there were none. Check-in was interesting and thankfully we had read our email before we arrived. Comfortable beds.
