Very courteous staff! The rooms were extra clean and perfect amenities. Good location since there is the airport train line right next to the hotel. The shopping center is just a few blocks just one train stop. Ruins and Ohori Park are just a few blocks from hotel. Delicious and healthy breakfast catering to many guests. Great coffee :-).

The hotel is really new! They provide all amenities needed to make the stay a comfortable one. For the rate it charges, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised! Tenjin area has many good restaurants which are within walking distance. However, if you are going to sign up for tours, Hakata may be a better choice as the pick up place is often at Hakata.
