"First time staying at this hotel despite having been to Fukuoka several times… It’s interior decor is charming and rooms are considerably bigger than it’s neighbors but the hotel on the whole is relatively dark and the room lightings can be a little bit more brighter for my comfort level… It’s also a pity there’s no added amenities like a pool or onsen. Also it’s location just a 10min walk from Hakata Station but it’s behind the main roads so can be rather dark at night!"

"Very close to station. The location is quiet as it is not on the main entrance direction. Because of that, it needs a bit further walk to the subway and bus stations on the main entrance side where has more food options. Very good hotel service to provide a free usage of a weight scale for measuring the weight of suitcases. "

"The hotel was a little older and the room was smaller than i was expected and the breakfast buffet was very pricey, which we did not use because of it. The location was great. Easy access to the transportation and many shops. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. "

"Good hotel. Held our luggage for us prior to check in. Strategically located by the Canal City mall - lots of shopping and restaurants. There's also a nearby Lawson (kombini) for necessities. It’s also with walking distance (15min) of a local outdoor shopping arcade. Lots of local restaurants and vendors. Smaller than the ones we saw in Kyoto, Sapporo, and Tokyo, but nice. Ate at a two-star Michlen restaurant that served fugu. Also a short distance from Golds Gym Sapporo which as a day pass for...

"Location and staff was wonderful. The room was very small, both of us couldn’t leave our suitcases open. bathroom was small and stuffy without proper ventilation. Room was hot so they delivered a fan and the window was able to open a crack that made it bearable. "
