The hotel is located near Hakata Station - on one of the side streets so it was quiet. Can easily catch the subway, local trains and Shinkansen. Was able to walk to different places like the Kushida Shrine, Canal City Hakata, yatai stalls. The room was clean - room size was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay and will likely stay again if I return to Fukuoka.

Great choice near the Hakata train station

This was my first experience with a Japan Rail managed hotel and I was very pleased with the service and the room I got was very nice for the price. Very well situated and quiet. I would go back in a heartbeat. Even the price for breakfast was reasonable. I recommend this place to anybody.

I had a pleasant stay overall! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location is super convenient just a short walk from Hakata Station. The room was also more spacious than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the elevator it’s extremely small and very slow. I stayed on the 11th floor and often had to wait quite a while to get down 😅
