The staff were so friendly and helpful, we loved the traditional breakfast, they were accommodating to my husband who can’t eat fish. Nice room, but not a good view and staff was not accommodating. Breakfast, laundry, and onsen usage were all for absorbently high additional costs, not reasonable at all.
