"This property was rated more highly on Expedia than I think it warranted. We were very surprised that they allow smoking on property. Half of the second floor has smoking designated rooms and as you know the smell of smoke doesn't stay contained. They were good about locating us as far away as possible on the fourth floor since smoke is a migraine and allergy trigger for members of our family. The clientele and staff were friendly & helpful. "The Indian gentleman at the front desk (owner?) was very kind and accommodating of my last minute booking. Wanting to extend my stay, he organized for my suitcase to be moved to my new room as I intended to be gone the whole day. The room itself is quite dated, but I would stay again for the customer service (and its convenience to Starbucks and In-n-Out)."
