"Staf was beyond kind and helpful! The room was super clean, parking was great! The only thing that could be improved is the washing machine and dryer are a bit small and old so it took a long especially to dry. Thank you for everything, I definitely recommend this hotel and would book again!"

"A great place to stay. Straight across from the train station and surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants. Tram and bus stops right outside, so it is very convenient for sightseeing. Great view of Sakurajima from the lobby window. Room was smallish but functional and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Another one I will definitely return to ."

"Most beautiful view for an onsen that we’ve been to in Japan so far. The free town shuttles are to and from the bus / train station + 2 other downtown locations are frequent and convenient. The hotel amenities are great with so many options, a Family Mart and bakery on the premises"
