"A lovely place to stay in Brașov, with a great location and very friendly, helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the property had a welcoming atmosphere. I accidentally left some personal items in the room after checking out, and the staff went out of their way to contact me and arrange for everything to be posted to my home address. Excellent service and very much appreciated. I would happily stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at the property. It is in a fantastic location, the staff was superb, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The only negative was the bed - it was very firm so wasn’t the most comfortable. But the rest of the amenities and helpful staff made up for it."

"Our welcome to this FABULOUS hotel was wonderful, Ezster, the amazing owner, greeted us, upon arrival, carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs, talked with us about my personal history to my Romanian roots, and explained how everything worked at the hotel and the breakfasts that are served daily. She went out of her way to make us as Americans feel at home. The room with a mini refrigerator was spotlessly cleaned and welcomed us with a bowl of candy, coffee, tea, water, and fresh fruit. We had an amazing balcony that looked directly at the close proximity to the magnificent Black Church. We were so close to the main square of Old Town and we got to explore the entire city on foot. Such a fabulous stay thanks to Ezster!!!!"
