"駐車場が正面に停められなかった。 それで、代わりの場所を教えてもらい、行ったが、真っ暗であり、目印の焼肉屋が定休日でわからなかった。 電話したら、日本語が通じなかった。 10分くらいやり取りをして、日本語が通じる人に代わってもらった。 しかし、教えられた場所は、満車でとめられず。 他の場所を指示されたが、その人も実際の場所について、わからないようで、私が居る所の目印を説明しても、解らない、と言われた。 しかも、やっとたどり着いた所が、街灯もなく、真っ暗。 坂道で、荷物を取り出すのも怖かった。 しかも、寒い中、真っ暗な道を下ったり登ったりして、ホテルまで歩かされた。 せめて、事前に教えてくれたり、荷物を預かってくれたりの、気遣いが欲しかった。 泊まる前から、非常に残念だった。"
