"I booked a few hours before I arrived and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The receptionist spoke good english which is always a bonus in China. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a 2 bedroom flat with a decent bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Excellent value for money. Location - Not too dar from the border - easy access to Hong Kong, only one stop from Coco Park (although staff will be happy to show you the metro station, it is not too far away), a lot of local restaurants...

"Staff spoke little English so I needed to use my translator. Asked for a non smoking room but could smell third hand smoke from the curtains. Also, on the desk was an ashtray. Why is an ashtray in a non smoking room? Besides the smoking issue room was good and staff was helpful."

Hotel is very modern and clean. Staffs are courteous . I stayed in a standard room, which was very spacious and comfortable. "
