"Hotellet fremstår på alle måder, som vi forventede det. Vi har tidligere været på hotellet, hvor vi fik en fremragende behandling. Hvis man skal komme med kritik, må det være hotellets grill-buffet med helstegt pattegris. Kødet var blevet halvkoldt. Måske skulle man starte en time senere med stegningen. "

"Staff greet us at each visit, very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, flatware and enough pans and utensils. Toaster/oven would be a nice addition. Few electrical outlets for modern times but adequate. "

"The customer service was excellent- from the arrival to the departure every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and spacious- our party of 4 really only needed one room if we knew the size but had two rooms and it was ample space. The location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are charming and beds comfortable (although soft). Would recommend and stay here again. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located, pretty much on top of the main station. It's only a 10-15min walk from the city centre, and everything you will need for attractions, entertainment and food, is within this radius. The room was reasonably priced; well-stocked; comfortable, and clean. The check in and out processes were easy, and the staff were very polite. Overall, I had a nice time here, and I would stay here again if I returned to Odense."
