"Overall stay was brilliant, safe parking and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Room was clean , comfortable and warm (weather was awful). Food was not quite up to the very high standards of the hotel or staff but perfectly acceptable."

"We had a wonderful stay at Palé Hall. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our visit.
