Here on the website it shows one room with a porch and a jacuzzi and there isn’t such a room it’s to separate rooms I thought I’m going to get it
So they offered me a bigger nice room for the same price or my money back
By the end a stayed I had the room with the porch it was really nice and comfortable I had a good experience I was a little upset for not getting the jacuzzi so they offered me a 50% off for next time

"The hotel location is amazing. I used to live in the area, so I know it well. It’s close walking distance to buses, the light rail, Florentin, Neve Tsedek, and the Jaffa beach and Shuk. I felt very safe returning alone at night as a woman. Just use the usual precautions.

"Lily & Bloom was an excellent introduction to the wonder that is Israel. I felt completely safe there and in exploring the surrounding areas. The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. Room 502 is the bigger one with double balcony. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door ( we got free drinks voucher) was great both drinks and food. The location is the best . Close to everything. I highly recommend "
