"Kudos to the breakfast team. It was fresh, healthy, a great variety, coffee fresh, hot and delicious! The 2 ladies staff members we encountered were very attentive and amiable. Lilly was observed keeping the place clean and around the tables and guests. The other lady kept replenishing the food and helping guests including me with needs to make our breakfast a true experience. Thank you Staybridge management for making this hotel exceptional! "The breakfast was ok. The room floor was so dirty. I can’t even blame the cleaning staff because they walk around pulling wagons with cleanin supplies. They don’t even have a proper cart. The landscaping was in terrible condition. All the bushes, trees and palm trees were dried to a crisp. We were charged $66 for parking. Why not sure since the gates remain open at all times. The water smells chemically. If you ca avoid this place do so. Boon across the street at another hotel "

"Clean and comfortable stay. Dove amenities in bathroom are a nice touch. Coffee was good and breakfast is decent for included breakfast. Good experience"

"Not worth it"

"This place was a nightmare. They put my son and I in a room right next to the bar and there was screaming and yelling and fighting in the parking lot all night. It didn’t just disrupt our sleep. It was scary as hell. I called the office several times they didn’t do anything about it. Do not stay at this place. It’s not safe."

"Their payment policy is horrible. They put a hold on your account before you even check in. Then you pay when you get there. Then when you check in you need to make sure to have enough in your account to pay again. Front counter person was very rude in explaining it. Will not come back."

"My trip here occurred during Easter weekend so definitely a busy time. The hotel was wonderful and the staff pleasant to deal with starting with valet outside. Very lovely hotel - crisp, clean, with luxury that's not over the top. My one concern is that, being downtown, this is a noisy area but the soundproofing whether the windows or walls need work. At night there would be loud hangouts on the top level of the parking garage across the street and you could REALLY hear it from inside my room. The room had windows facing this area so I wasn't surprised to hear something, even sirens once, but the amount of noise coming through surprised me. "

"The staff are amazing. The Hotel is in a perfect area, not far from downtown Lakeland. The room is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. "
