"Everything was wonderful, from the front desk, housekeeping and the staff that took care of the Breakfast area. "

"Staff was nice but I didn't know until I arrived that they were under construction so there was dust and a little debris in the halls. One of the elevators was not working and breakfast was just OK. Room was fine and clean though."

"We loved our stay here, directly across from the ‘City Harbor’ development. The suite we had was clean, spacious, modern, we liked the little kitchenette and the electric window shades, and it was equipped with nice big TV screens (one in the living area and a second in the bedroom). The shower was also roomy with no tub to step over, and a curved shower curtain rod so that you don’t risk having the curtain stick to you while you’re in there. We enjoyed sitting by one of the lakeside fire pits in the evening. We also appreciate that they make an effort to provide at least some relatively healthy options for breakfast. It was a great stay and we would definitely be happy to stay there again."

"The staff helped me get my reservation corrected. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but when I arrived, the desk staff said Hotels.com had booked a handicapped room with a single bed. I was very tired and a little grumpy, but the desk staff took care of me and got me the room I needed."
