Good stay

Stayed one night for the Gatornationals. You could tell it had a little age on the place but seemed to be updated and well kept. Had a Security guard at night watching vehicles. Id stay there again.

Quiet, Comfortable and Clean

Room was very clean and updated, very quiet evening no issues. Bed was Comfortable. They do not offer Breakfast however there is an IHOP across the street. If you are someone who needs Coffee in the morning the Keurig in Room was perfect, the coffee Pods were actually pretty good coffee.. Would stay again..

Clean, and quiet. Great affordable spot to sleep for attending a competition at the Alchua Sports Complex (10 min drive away). Handful of fast food restaurants and IHOP nearby. This is not a “high-dollar hotel” but is a good, no frills, place to lay your head. The staff was professional/friendly, room was clean and not in disrepair though it is an older facility. When I checked into the hotel it was slow and once I tried my key it did not work. My room had a foul smell to it. And every day I had to get my key re aligned. I would never recommend or stay in this again.

Price was right for overnight stay!

Convenient location. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Walkways worn and need upgrading. Bathroom was upgraded and if bathroom door was replaced it would have been better. Man at desk at checkin could have been more friendly. iHOP very close across the street!

We required a prompt accommodation option, and the property was available. While the rooms showed signs of needing some updates, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The bed was somewhat firm, and the pillows were rather unyielding and could benefit from replacement. The staff, however, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is worth noting that breakfast was not included in our stay, and the room rate was slightly higher than our preference. Nevertheless, overall, it was a pleasant experience.
