"Doesn't have the sign or logo of Seven Rocks that can be seen on the street but didn't take long to search for the street number 47A, Didn't know where to park even though it says it has a parking space available. Luckily found parking spot on the street. No towels, no shampoo, no shower gel and no hairdryer available . You have to bring everything by your own or buy them at the supermarket nearby. There was not even a garbage bin in the room. All you get is a blanket and a pillow in the room....

After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. "The apartment was clean and roomy. The beds were very comfortable—which is always the most important part of any accommodation. We took the shuttle from the airport because of heavy luggage. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor—and there was no elevator, a bit though for older travelers! The only drawback was it was a ways from city center, and a longish walk to the public transportation."

"The property was in a good location during the day, there is the opportunity to see real Vienna being out the city center. Arriving at night as a solo female traveller wasn't ideal in this area, it feels very dark and the streets are extremely quiet. Its a good 10 min walk from the train station so google maps its essential. The appartment was easy to access with the information given by the host, it was very clean and had everthing you would need for a comfortable stay self catering. "
