The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the fireplace and whirlpool. My husband forgot his laptop at the hotel and they were kind enough to send it to him (it worked fine). Very nice staff and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Marie at front desk worked hard to fight computer problems that were plaguing the area. Pool was biggest in a hotel I have seen. And it was warm too. Hot tub was great. Easy access to downtown Galena. Clean hallways, room and good breakfast.
