"Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. ...

"The representative at breakfast was exceptional. I did not get her name, but it was Saturday/Sunday 4/25 and 4/26. She was kind and very efficient. We loved talking to her, and she should be commended for her work. Only dismayed that there was not a closet or anywhere to hang clothing. "

"Upon arrival, it was clear that some of the guests had intense issues which required management's attention (loudly and in the lobby, icyw.) The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked quite well. There were other conclusions drawn from the fact that there were vehicles being repaired in the parking lot and a certain person napping at various locations at the property. "There was some sketchy people hanging around the parking lot when I arrived in the afternoon but that doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel. Just...interesting. Anyway, the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Tons of eating options nearby. The mall is right around the corner. 10min drive to downtown Annapolis. Friendly staff. Would stay again!"
